On Monday, February 19, Louisburg College hosted its first annual Mister Renaissance Louisburg Showcase.

The event held the theme "Emotional Reckoning" and showcased six young men from Louisburg College. The contestants included Raul Nunez III, Dylon O'Neal, Elijah Bonner, Christopher Stevenson, Damiano Mastroianni, and Ayinde Taylor II. Their escorts for the evening included Jallian Paige, Kandace Daniels, Jireh Edmondson, Deaysha Hartsfield, Chloe Rush, and Kimora Cox.

There were four rounds of competition: Opening and Introduction, Personality, Oratory (where each contestant spoke on an emotion they sympathized with the most), and Evening Wear & Question and Answer.

Congratulations to Dylon O'Neal (Second Runner-Up), Damiano Mastroianni (Runner-Up), Ayinde Taylor II (People's Choice), and Raul Nunez III (MVP)!

Congratulations to Elijah Bonner for winning First Place and being crowned Mr. Renaissance Louisburg 2024! Aside from the trophy and title, Elijah was also rewarded a check for $750.
