United States residents who have not previously attended college are required to submit:

• A completed online application
• Official high school transcripts

Admissions requirements for a clear acceptance into Louisburg College are:

• Cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher on a 4.00 scale (C average or better)
• Louisburg College is test optional so test scores are not required; you can submit your scores if desired.

The college may offer admissions to students below the 2.0 GPA requirement, but show potential for success at Louisburg. Louisburg College may encourage or require some admitted students to register for a specific program or courses to improve their likelihood of success.

High School Courses

We strongly recommend that students preparing for admission to Louisburg College complete the following high school courses:

English	Four course units emphasizing grammar, composition, and literature
Mathematics	Three units including Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry or a higher-level mathematics course for which Algebra II is a prerequisite
Science	Three units including: at least one unit in a life or biological science (for example Biology or Zoology) at least one unit in physical science (for example Chemistry or Physics) at least one laboratory course
