Phi Theta Kappa

Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society is the oldest, largest, and most prestigious honor society serving two-year colleges. Louisburg College chartered and organized the Gamma Upsilon Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa in December 1938.

Membership is open to students with a minimum grade point average of 3.50 who have earned as least 12 credit hours that are eligible for application toward an associate’s degree. Continued membership is contingent upon students maintaining a grade point average of 3.25. The Society emphasizes good moral character and recognizes qualities of citizenship for membership.

Membership is by invitation only, based on the stated requirements.
