We all face conflict in our lives. Anger is a natural emotion we all experience in response to our basic human needs. We all need to feel safe and secure, to feel a sense of belonging, to have control over our environment, and a sense of identity. This workshop is aimed at helping you learn how to manage and express angry feelings effectively. We will talk about what anger is and recognize what triggers our anger. We will discuss how to think and act more calmly during tough moments in life. Come learn how to "keep your cool."
