Community Service

Community service is an opportunity to give back but also a great way to build your resume and experience here at Louisburg College.

Hurricane Outreach is a student run organization that plans and implements on and off campus community service events for the students, faculty, and staff. All LC students are welcome to join.

Every club/organization at LC is encouraged to participate in at least one community service event each semester.

The Office of Student Engagement has built relationships with organizations in the community that have service opportunities available to our students. Click here for a list of these organizations and contact information.

Want to keep track of your personal community service hours while attending LC? Here is a form to help you do so.

Past community service events: United Way Day of Caring, Visit to the Franklin Unit Boys & Girls Club, United Way Build A Back Pack, Work with the Louisburg Public Schools, Trash clean up in Louisburg, NC, Visit the Franklin County Animal Shelter
