Louisburg College had an impressive showing at The 61st Annual North Carolina Phi Beta Lambda State Leadership Conference. Faculty Scott Benrube and Brian Sanders traveled to Charlotte with nine of the College's top business students for several competitive events held at SLC. These events illustrate the scope of interests and activities of Phi Beta Lambda (PBL), and are based on activities developed from the nine goals of the fraternity. State events fall into four classifications: individual, team, chapter and recognition.

"Top to bottom, I believe that this is the best group that we have assembled since I started working with the club," says Sanders. "They were excellent representatives for the College and turned the heads of several advisers from four year schools that were in attendance."

The final results of competition are as follows, with an * noting that the group has qualified for the National Competition in Chicago this summer.
