2004 Hurricane Women's Golf

In the first year as a collegiate athletic team, the Louisburg College women’s golf team showcased the abilities of freshman Megan Casillas ( San Antonio, TX) and sophomore Marilea DeBaer ( Knightdale, NC) during their fall season. In the spring of 2005 season, the team will have eight women competing and representing Louisburg College in several tournaments. The team will host the Region X Women’s Golf Tournament on April 8-10 at The River Golf & Country Club near Bunn, NC and Coach Southwick plans to enter the team in the National Championship at the LPGA International in Daytona Beach, FL (March 15-19).
