NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1
HOURS NEEDED: M-F 9AM-Noon or 1-5PM
DUTIES: Filing, folding and stuffing statements into envelopes, assisting with various office duties, entering parking permits into system. Help Human Resource Director develop archived records management system, organize currently archived files; special project work such as typing/formatting draft of revised Employee Handbook; create new Employee Orientation Kits, assist in preparing for fall Open Enrollment Process which would include copying, creating and distributing information packets.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, must know how to alphabetize correctly, must be able to lift 20lbs, basic computer skills.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED: Filing and sorting experience.
