Good Value
What is "good value?" According to our students and their parents, it's a Louisburg education. Why? More than 90% of our students receive some form of financial aid. We offer an abundance of scholarships and a high average aid package. As a result, Louisburg is a lot more affordable than you think, easily the equivalent of public prices for a private school.

Here is what one parent recently wrote to us:
"From the beginning, my wife received very courteous and efficient help in getting my son 'plugged in' to life at Louisburg. On the Sunday of new student registration, I received valuable guidance from financial aid. This help continued for the next month or so, and made it possible for my son to receive grants that ease the family burden of college. Never was there any pressure to get his 'bill paid' until all arrangements had been finalized."
If you wish to apply for financial aid, our experienced counselors will guide you through the process from beginning to end. We offer the following financial aid opportunities:
  • Scholarships, grants, loans and student employment
  • North Carolina Legislative Tuition Grants in the amount of $1,950 for NC residents
  • Merit scholarships for academic excellence
